Marketing Coordinator-

Location: East Rutherford, NJ

Job Description: 

The Marketing Coordinator is primarily responsible for the marketing administrative needs for the Marketing Department and Director of Marketing. This position will also support and act as a liaison between the following departments: Retail and Foodservice Sales, IT and HR.  

         Organize and coordinate design of marketing materials (digital and print), such as flyers, newsletters and giveaways, to promote company internally and externally 

         Develops and distributes content for company social media, blog and website 

         Researches, coordinates and develops the Annual BT Report 

         Manages and distributes merchandise inventory 

         Assists in the preparation of and attends events (internal and external)  

         Assists in writing press releases and other internal communication needs 

         Works with external agencies and media outlets to secure press coverage for the company 

         Prepare monthly reports and processes/reconciles invoices  

Travel: 

Up to 25% travel (domestic) 

Education & Experience: 

         B.A. or B.S. degree 

         2-3 years of working experience in marketing for an advertising/media or PR agency 

         CPG experience a plus 

         Passion for marketing and media 

         Strong written and verbal communication, organizational and project management skills 

         Strong analytical/strategic thinking skills 

         Must have initiative, and be a self-starter and team player 

         Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Suite (Ai, Ps, Id), Google Analytics, Social Media 

         Beneficial but not mandatory: Hubspot/inbound marketing, Salesforce, Concur, WordPress
