Parts Clerk

Department: Maintenance
Location: College Park, GA

Reports To: Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain stock of all parts and evaluate all work orders
  • Monitor invoices and issue parts and tools for technicians
  • Maintain inventory of all items and prepare appropriate purchase orders
  • Manage warranty part returns from customers and process all receipts and invoices received from suppliers
  • Review and perform physical count of all inventory
  • Maintain neat and clean parts room at all times and provide optimal levels of customer service
  • Greet all customers and vendors on telephone pleasantly and conduct e-maintenance for all technicians

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Experience using computer based e-maintenance software (Preferred)
  • Effectively communication, both orally and written.
  • Good computer skills, Excel, Word, Office 365.
